Analyze high-volume spot freight quote requests across North American FTL and cross-border lanes. Develop competitive, margin-aware rates using market data, historical performance, carrier costs, TMS data, and rate tools. Monitor margins, lane benchmarks, win/loss ratios, and pricing trends while collaborating with sales, carrier teams, account management, and operations. Support pricing strategy improvements and ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Manages customer accounts and logistics operations, coordinates vendors and suppliers, maintains operational data, supports pricing and carrier procurement, drives retention and new business, and partners with sales teams on customer meetings and proposals. The role requires transportation and logistics account management experience, strong negotiation and closing skills, customer relationship expertise, and a degree in Marketing or Business.

Prospect and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts across North America by generating new business, managing full sales cycles, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with operations to onboard and service customers. Maintain CRM pipeline, build relationships with logistics decision-makers, and drive recurring revenue through customized transportation solutions.
