The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy for AI-driven solutions in workplace operations, focusing on customer-centric development and robust engineering collaboration.

Provide empathetic customer support via chat, email, phone, and screenshare. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, escalate bugs to Engineering, document resolutions, improve support docs and processes, and collaborate with Product and teammates.

Own and improve end-to-end revenue processes and systems across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Administer and optimize HubSpot and integrated tools, ensure data quality and governance, support forecasting and pipeline hygiene, and implement AI-driven automation and scalable process improvements to boost GTM performance.

Own the full customer lifecycle to drive rapid value, adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage onboarding, account planning, EBRs/QBRs, usage analysis, renewals, and advocacy while partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and inform product roadmap.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for Robin's workplace platform. Collaborate with product and design, apply AI-driven capabilities, and own code quality, performance, and scalability while improving core systems and engineering practices.

Own and grow reseller and MSP partnerships to drive partner-sourced ARR. Build partner-qualified pipelines, co-sell deals, enable partners, and share market insights to operationalize and scale the channel program.

Create and repurpose multi-format content (blogs, guides, customer stories, podcasts, webinars, video scripts), grow LinkedIn and social presence, collaborate cross-functionally and with designers/customers, use AI to scale production, track performance metrics, and experiment with new formats to drive engagement and category presence.
