Manage a defined book of customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Serve as trusted advisor, drive product consumption metrics, negotiate renewals, escalate and coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Data Consultants to deliver outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
