Drive new client acquisition and enterprise account expansion for Brilliant's corporate gifting and software-enabled solutions. Build and manage pipeline, conduct demos, negotiate and close deals, navigate complex RFPs, collaborate with product and marketing, and maintain CRM hygiene to meet revenue targets.

Manage production from post-estimate approval to final delivery across multiple projects. Coordinate suppliers, route art proofs, generate purchase orders, track production and invoices, protect margins, document updates in Wrike/Slack, and collaborate with design, client success, operations, and fulfillment to resolve exceptions and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The BDR will generate and qualify leads, engage prospects, and collaborate with sales to drive revenue for Brilliant, focusing on corporate gifting solutions.
