Lead and scale an Insurance Product Enablement function combining Product Ops and Analyst teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial, and Compliance to streamline workflows, improve governance, implement tools/templates/dashboards, handle compliance inquiries and manual policy tasks, deliver reporting and competitive analysis, define operating standards and SLAs, and coach team members to drive efficiency and consistent product delivery.

As a Backend Engineer in the DevEx Team, you will lead the development of an AI-based Software Development Life Cycle, improve developer processes, and manage cloud infrastructure to enhance the developer experience.

Handle complex commercial General Liability and casualty claims end-to-end: investigate, analyze coverage, manage litigation, set reserves, attend mediations/trials, communicate with stakeholders, refer fraud/subrogation, and provide guidance to adjusters while ensuring regulatory compliance.
