Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify decision-makers, schedule meetings for Account Executives, manage outreach cadences, maintain accurate CRM data, track KPIs, handle objections, and improve messaging. The role requires disciplined, high-volume prospecting and collaboration in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.

Own and prioritize a portfolio of borrower financing applications, contacting borrowers and occasionally merchants to resolve barriers and move applications toward funding. Handle objections, provide accurate and compliant guidance, coordinate with internal teams, document activity in Salesforce, and meet funded-loan, volume, satisfaction, and conversion goals. Identify recurring issues, test outreach strategies, provide feedback, and help improve borrower conversion processes.
