Provides first-line IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Provisions equipment and user accounts, manages operating systems and cloud services, administers Google Workspace, supports information security initiatives, coordinates technology rollouts, and maintains hardware procurement, asset tracking, and inventory.
