As a Technology Manager, lead digital transformation programs for clients in CPG, Retail, and Distribution, driving technological solutions and business strategies.

Lead enterprise IT architecture and digital transformation for supply chain and manufacturing. Assess current-state environments, design cloud and data platform solutions, define integration patterns with ERP/MES/OT, deliver transformation roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, communicate technical strategy to senior stakeholders, support business development, and mentor team members.

Manage multiple client-focused projects, leading technology delivery teams while addressing client challenges with innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality service.

Conduct quantitative research using surveys, experiments, and advanced statistical methods for healthcare and life sciences client engagements. Analyze data, develop insights and visualizations, support rigorous research design, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with consulting teams and global delivery groups while ensuring research quality and communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Provides administrative and operational support to consulting professionals, including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, client documentation, deliverable formatting and proofreading, onboarding support, vendor and stakeholder communication, and front-desk backup. The role also handles special projects, supports proposals and presentations, mentors junior staff, and leads internal initiatives. The position follows an 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule in a hybrid Boston office environment.

Work on client engagements to solve business problems using market and desk research, quantitative analysis, and custom analyses (Excel, Access, Confirmit, proprietary tools). Communicate findings via presentations, manage project plans and client relationships, mentor associates, and support capability-building and delivery across marketing strategy projects.

Lead end-to-end delivery of custom technology solutions across supply chain functions (planning, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, merchandising). Define architectures and roadmaps, identify agentic AI use cases, guide development/testing/deployment, lead cross-functional teams, manage scope/timelines/budgets, and run client workshops to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
