Define customer AI roadmaps, iterate prompt and context engineering, run evaluations and A/B tests with Forward-Deployed Engineers, leverage conversation-discovery tools and data analysis, and improve agent development and deployment playbooks.

Build zero-to-one AI-native product experiences: prototype, validate with users, and productionize AI agents and workflows. Partner with product, design, research, and engineering to define, evaluate, monitor, and improve ML-driven user-facing systems.
