Owns projects throughout the sales cycle, maintains customer relationships, supports repeat business, and helps increase account growth and market share through consultative service and timely execution.

Supports Outside Sales Representatives in growing managed account portfolios. Provides consultative customer service, prepares quotes and sales orders, sources products, resolves issues, manages projects end to end, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, conducts post-sale follow-up, and maintains account relationships. Uses CRM, telephony, and retail systems to deliver timely solutions, increase repeat business, and support market share growth.

Supports deployment, integration, commissioning, testing, validation, and post-go-live support for robotics and warehouse automation systems. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, controls, networking, firmware, and software issues; validates throughput, reliability, accuracy, and operational readiness; coordinates with engineering and project teams; communicates technical risks and status; and recommends continuous improvements. The role requires regular travel to project sites and occasional non-standard hours during commissioning and go-live activities.

Leads the Warehouse Simulation Lab, defining its roadmap, operating standards, and certification processes. Develops digital twin environments modeling robotic fleets, warehouse workflows, equipment, integrations, and infrastructure. Establishes reusable customer templates and scenario libraries, and validates releases against operational, failure, congestion, integration, and recovery scenarios. Partners with Product and Engineering to certify software and configurations before deployment, improving defect detection, deployment success, production stability, and simulation accuracy.

Design, develop, and maintain software that orchestrates robotic warehouse operations, including AMR fleets, inventory movement, order fulfillment, routing, and workstation activities. Build resilient microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems; integrate robotic fleet-management platforms; support simulation and digital-twin testing; monitor performance; troubleshoot production incidents; improve deployment pipelines and architecture; and mentor junior engineers.

Validate reliability and performance of warehouse robotics software through automated tests, hardware emulation, and simulation. Build test plans, execute functional/integration/regression/end-to-end tests, reproduce customer issues, run operational simulations and digital twins, integrate tests into CI/CD, and support release validation and root cause analysis.
