Support HR operations at a distribution center: handle employee relations investigations, benefits enrollment, HRIS support, training delivery, analyze HR reports, and assist with hiring and corrective action processes.

Lead store Order Fulfillment and receiving teams to ensure picking, staging, loading, and inbound freight processes meet SOPs and SLAs. Serve as Manager on Duty for opening/closing, coach and train associates, manage staffing and performance, enforce safety and shrink controls, and support recruitment and operational readiness.
