Participate in an 11-week actuarial internship supporting insurance business needs through data analysis, pricing, reserving, modeling, rate level indications, and analytics. Leads first-line operational excellence across investment operations, including risk and control self-assessments, control testing, remediation, KPI frameworks, operational-health reporting, governance, and transformation delivery. The role assesses processes across treasury, cash and trade, derivatives, loans, alternatives, shared services, and investment accounting. It partners with product, technology, risk, audit, and external providers to address root causes, improve controls, advance automation, and communicate operational risks and performance to senior leadership.

Designs and maintains SQL/Python data pipelines, warehouse models, and Power BI dashboards supporting finance planning, forecasting, budgeting, and book close. Owns solution architecture from requirements through deployment, validates data and systems, resolves process and reliability gaps, and manages multiple enhancements. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, mentors analysts, leads continuous improvement, documents solutions, trains users, and develops automated and AI-enabled efficiencies.

Provides expert underwriting guidance and referral approval for large construction casualty programs, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, excess, OCIP, and CCIP placements. Evaluates coverage, exposure, pricing, portfolio performance, and financial decisions; advises underwriting leadership; improves technical frameworks and underwriter capabilities; and collaborates with claims, actuarial, reinsurance, brokers, and customers.

Manages routine to moderately complex Personal Injury Protection and Medical Payment claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include determining coverage and eligibility, evaluating damages, medically managing claims, setting reserves, paying medical bills, referring claims for subrogation or investigation, and negotiating settlements. The role interacts with claimants, policyholders, providers, attorneys, and other parties while maintaining an assigned claims inventory and meeting regulatory, client, and service requirements.

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance coverage, match products to their needs, and convert prospects into policyholders. Complete paid training and obtain a Property and Casualty license if needed. Work remotely on a fixed schedule while delivering strong customer service, communicating persuasively, and meeting sales goals.

Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans for Global Risk Solutions North America. Partner with leaders and talent teams to translate business objectives into employee communications, oversee complex campaigns, coordinate enterprise messaging calendars, manage vendors and budgets, and evaluate communication effectiveness. Champion responsible GenAI use while ensuring alignment with brand, culture, and organizational goals.
