Support client retention and daily account management for employee benefits clients. Coordinate implementations, carrier enrollments, and benefits administration (HSA/HRA/FSA/COBRA). Prepare client communications, reports, presentations, and assist the CRM with client requests and value-added services.

Provide technical and clerical support to Account Managers for Commercial Lines accounts, focusing on preparing certificates of insurance, data entry in broker management systems, document retrieval and electronic filing, maintaining suspense systems, quality-control reviews, and delivering professional customer service while adhering to HUB broker standards.

Support Account Managers with pre-renewal processes, policy and system updates, loss run collection and analysis, certificates and forms, client service tasks, and maintenance of account documentation and templates to ensure timely commercial insurance renewals and high service standards.

Support Account Managers by entering data into insurance systems, handling endorsements, binder/mortgage requests, registry forms, and maintaining agency management records. Perform pre-renewal support, quality control reviews, meet KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service.
