Lead and execute sales strategy for the Zeus East region, manage and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team, build vendor and customer relationships, drive revenue and profitability, ensure compliance with ITAR/export controls, and use sales analytics to meet SLAs and performance targets. Role includes hybrid work and significant regional travel.

Perform board bring-up and hardware-software integration on Qualcomm QCS platforms. Develop and customize BSPs, Linux kernel, device trees, and drivers; debug bootloader/kernel/platform issues; validate hardware, integrate peripherals, and optimize system stability, performance, and power. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams.

Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts. Manage vendor pricing programs, prepare quotes and orders, resolve pre/post-sales issues, track opportunities, and deliver accurate forecasts to management.

Design, develop, test, and update computer hardware and embedded systems. Create schematics and prototypes, perform analog/mixed‑signal and power supply design, run lab testing, ensure EMC/EMI compliance, and support manufacturing handoff and validation.

Design and develop hardware from concept through production for microcontroller-based systems. Create analog and mixed-signal circuits, power supplies, and manage signal integrity. Use EDA tools for schematic/PCB design, validate prototypes with lab equipment, ensure EMI/EMC compliance (automotive), and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test teams to ensure manufacturability and robustness.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-first platform. Conduct customer discovery, define platform capabilities (agents, workflows, configurable apps), prioritize investments, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver measurable business outcomes and adoption.

Ensure company compliance with U.S. and regional import/export laws. Provide clearance support, advise on tariff protocols and duty-mitigation programs, coordinate with brokers and 3PLs, manage metrics reporting and SOPs, support audits/CBP rulings, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain efficient trade operations.
