Partner with Product and Engineering to define user problems, develop research-backed solutions, contribute to the shared design system, and ship high-quality products. Conduct and synthesize user research, prototype in modern design tools, present design decisions, and collaborate within an agile product development team.

Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support of scalable web applications. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, code reviews, API-first development, performance optimization, testing, cloud-native deployments, database and caching strategy, production monitoring, incident response, mentoring engineers, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, customers, and vendors.
