The role partners with regional Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to identify risks, improve productivity, and deliver decision-ready insights across global regions.

Own financial visibility and accountability for AWS, Azure, GCP, data center, and colocation spend. Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost taxonomy, FinOps reporting, optimization initiatives, vendor analysis, and contract negotiations. Provides first-line technical support for Mimecast customers by phone and email.
