Sell and grow 360 Finance by Modernize Home Services accounts through outbound prospecting and consultative sales. Support customer launches and underwriting, advise contractors on best practices using business metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, test platform and marketing initiatives, and provide feedback to leadership to improve products and processes.

The Mid-Market Sales Executive will prospect and close deals with home remodeling companies, utilizing knowledge of sales and ROI concepts to add value throughout the sales cycle.

Own the strategy, growth, economics, and performance of 360 Finance’s lender marketplace. Lead lender partnerships, commercial negotiations, pricing, revenue, margin, onboarding, compliance, and marketplace optimization. Build and scale the lender-facing organization while expanding lender coverage and improving approvals, contractor adoption, consumer outcomes, and marketplace value. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to execute marketplace priorities and manage financial performance.

Own and execute the contractor-facing roadmap for 360Finance. Lead product discovery, PRDs, A/B testing, analytics instrumentation (Heap), AI prototyping, and cross-functional delivery to increase contractor adoption and signed finance documents.

Own and execute the inbound calls product roadmap for homeowners and contractors. Define KPIs, write PRDs, run A/B tests, analyze results, and drive adoption. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and call centers; use AI tools to prototype and automate workflows; and translate market research into prioritized, outcome-driven product initiatives.

Own and grow the Appointments product by defining roadmap, executing features from discovery to scale, running A/B tests, leveraging AI automation, analyzing product metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive adoption and business outcomes for homeowners and contractors.

Build and manage a mid-market sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Own deals from discovery to close, communicate ROI to decision-makers, track activity in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, and consistently meet pipeline and revenue targets while developing industry expertise.

Sell integrated digital marketing solutions to home services clients through full-cycle consultative sales. Prospect, develop pipeline, conduct discovery, craft customized proposals, present ROI-driven recommendations, and close deals. Collaborate with internal strategy, media, creative, analytics, and operations teams to ensure performance-aligned solutions, manage CRM pipeline, and meet activity, pipeline, and revenue goals while developing expertise in AI-driven media and measurement.

Own complex enterprise sales cycles with remodeling and contractor organizations, target C-suite accounts, close six- and seven-figure contracts, prospect outbound, manage pipeline in SFDC, negotiate terms, and partner cross-functionally to deliver long-term customer value and expansion.

Manage a portfolio of 60+ contractor accounts to drive adoption of 360 Finance point-of-sale financing. Create strategic account plans, upsell and retain customers, onboard new clients, monitor account health, analyze performance, prepare reports, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, lending ops, and engineering. Travel up to 40% to engage branch locations and executive stakeholders.
