Provide IT helpdesk support and device administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Manage MDM, SSO, enterprise SaaS, onboarding/offboarding, hardware deployment, asset inventory, endpoint security, and related procurement/shipping. Troubleshoot networks (LAN/WAN), create automation scripts, deliver staff training, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with HR and Security teams to maintain secure, scalable IT operations.

Embed with brokerage operations to observe and replace manual workflows with auditable automations and UIs. Design, build, deploy, monitor, and run production systems; instrument outcome metrics; collaborate with compliance, security, and domain experts; own full lifecycle including CI/CD, on-call, and incident response.

Design, build, and maintain scalable brokerage systems including gRPC microservices and a React admin UI. Lead regional engineering initiatives, mentor engineers, act as incident commander, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with global teams to support multi-market growth.

Operate and improve brokerage platform reliability: on-call incident response, define SLIs/SLOs, enhance observability, deploy infrastructure via GitOps, and own PostgreSQL performance, migrations, HA/DR, and mentoring.
