Leads Varonis cloud security deployments for customers, troubleshooting complex integration issues and guiding architectural decisions. Develops deployment standards, documentation, reference architectures, and onboarding resources. Partners with Product Management and Engineering to improve deployment capabilities, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and delivers technical enablement on cloud technologies, security concepts, and deployment methodologies.

Supports sales teams and partners in technical sales activities for cloud security products. Lead Varonis’s competitive intelligence program by supporting competitive deals, creating battlecards and technical positioning, conducting win/loss analysis, monitoring market developments, and communicating actionable insights across sales, product, and marketing. Own and improve CompetiBot by designing AI-agent workflows that automate research, synthesize intelligence, and enable field teams to self-serve accurate competitive guidance.

Coordinates strategic sales account activities for sales leadership, including scheduling meetings, tracking sales-cycle milestones, managing follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, generating progress reports, and improving coordination processes. Acts as a liaison among sales, operations, and internal stakeholders while ensuring action items are completed efficiently.

Provides post-sales technical expertise to help customers optimize Varonis deployments, reduce security risk, and strengthen cloud environments. Assesses complex customer scenarios, recommends security improvements, translates requirements into technical solutions, leads remediation and optimization engagements, resolves escalated issues remotely and onsite, and reports engagement outcomes to technical and executive stakeholders.

Develops and manages strategic technology channel partnerships, educates partner sales teams, coordinates lead generation and sales activities, supports partner onboarding and enablement, recruits new partners, facilitates channel engagement, and tracks sales progress through CRM reporting. Requires at least four years of channel partner management experience in technology, knowledge of software ecosystems, strong communication skills, and frequent onsite partner meetings.

Own Varonis’s global growth marketing engine, including demand generation, content, social, SEO/AEO, paid campaigns, marketing operations, attribution, and pipeline generation. Set revenue and CAC/ROAS targets, create distribution strategies and creative experiments, write conversion-focused copy, partner with creators and publications, and build a high-performing team. The role requires hands-on internet fluency, strong AI usage, and experience scaling B2B SaaS marketing programs.

Leads customer marketing strategy and team across regional events, advocacy and reference programs, case studies, Executive Briefing Center experiences, CISO Summits, and Customer Advisory Boards. Partners with sales, customer success, product marketing, product, and PR to drive retention, expansion, pipeline, advocacy, and product influence. Uses targets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows to measure and scale customer engagement.

Design, build, and maintain highly available AWS GovCloud infrastructure supporting FedRAMP environments. Manage ECS scaling, RDS PostgreSQL performance and failover, infrastructure as code, disaster recovery, monitoring, alerting, CI/CD automation, incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortems. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, security, and performance.
