Partner with Sales to support retention and expansion while delivering consistent, scalable customer outcomes.

Leads a business operations team supporting sales through pipeline analytics, forecasting, territory and quota planning, reporting, dashboards, and executive communication. Designs and develops interactive digital learning experiences, including eLearning modules, storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks, and job aids. Builds custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements, packages and tests SCORM/xAPI content, troubleshoots LMS compatibility, and performs accessibility and cross-browser QA. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical topics into learner-friendly content while managing revisions, documentation, version control, and course lifecycle updates.
