Supervise a team of accounts receivable collectors, providing coaching, performance oversight, and workflow guidance. Drive aged receivables reduction and DSO improvement by monitoring collection activity, reviewing aging reports, prioritizing high-risk accounts, and escalating disputes. Prepare KPI reports, maintain Esker workflows, resolve billing and customer issues, and collaborate with operations and billing teams. Support collector onboarding, training, process improvements, and staffing recommendations.
