Leads a data science team and personally drives analyses, experimentation, and product analytics to identify patient experience improvements. Partners with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Engineering teams to develop product features, evaluate business and product performance, guide product planning, and translate statistical findings into actionable recommendations. Manages and develops analytical talent while applying data storytelling, A/B testing, marketplace metrics, and retention, conversion, engagement, and churn analysis.

Drive software development through planning, execution, measurement, maintenance, and continuous improvement while supporting responsive, secure, and highly available systems.

Lead RevOps for B2B growth: translate goals into forecasts, models, incentives, and dashboards. Partner with Sales to analyze funnel performance, reconcile top-down and bottom-up forecasts, run pipeline reviews, and improve coverage, capacity, and data quality using spreadsheets, CRM data, and BI tools.

Design and automate reporting and workflows for financial operations. Analyze and troubleshoot data pipelines, build reports, collaborate with SMEs to remove manual bottlenecks, and own small optimization projects to improve operational efficiency.
