Senior pre-sales systems engineer who leads technical strategy and designs enterprise data center and multi-cloud solutions. Partners with sales and OEMs to deliver architectures across storage, compute, backup/data protection, disaster recovery, virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, networking, and security. Delivers demos, workshops, proposals, and executive-level presentations while managing stakeholder alignment and leveraging the ATC for proofs-of-concept.

Support and operate enterprise application delivery platforms (F5 BIG-IP, F5 Distributed Cloud), onboard and configure applications, manage DNS/GTM, troubleshoot connectivity and performance, support WAF and edge protections, automate platform tasks, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Designs, implements, and maintains large-scale Zero Trust and SD-WAN networks. Configures routers, switches, firewalls; performs troubleshooting, traffic analysis, documentation, disaster recovery planning, mentoring, vendor coordination, and ensures DoD compliance.

Design and architect data center facilities infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling, sensors). Provide pre-sales technical guidance, OEM configuration/BOM creation, partner enablement, workshops, demos, and field enablement for sales and engineering.

Lead pre-sales data engineering engagements to design and implement scalable lakehouse data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks). Serve as a senior strategic liaison and trusted advisor for Microsoft clients, driving adoption, value realization, and account growth across Microsoft technologies. Provide executive-level guidance on cloud architecture, licensing, roadmaps, and risk; lead QBRs, success plans, and cross-team coordination to ensure account health and strategic alignment.
