Responsibilities include scripting and tool work, tuning progression values, creating engaging reward experiences, and collaborating with a large development team. The role requires game development experience, familiarity with reward and cosmetic systems, strong communication, and the ability to provide and receive feedback. Experience with Lua or Python scripting, player motivation, and live-service games is preferred.

Leads integrated global go-to-market strategy and marketing planning for Marathon releases, seasons, and franchise moments. Develops audience-led acquisition, reactivation, retention, and engagement plans; coordinates cross-functional and regional teams; manages GTM operating rhythms, risks, budgets, agencies, and paid media. Establishes KPIs and measurement plans, evaluates campaign performance, and uses player, market, and business insights to optimize marketing investments and future initiatives.

The UI/UX Director will drive the vision for Marathon's player interface, ensuring quality execution and collaboration across teams to achieve UI/UX excellence.
