Oversee civil design team deliverables and schedules from design through construction, ensure MassDOT-compliant engineering, maintain client relationships, pursue business development and proposal efforts, and remain technically engaged throughout project lifecycle.

Perform and oversee structural engineering design and analysis for rail and transit projects. Produce calculations, drawings, procurement and installation packages, reports, and supervise junior staff and CAD designers. Use CAD/BIM/CAE tools, ensure work quality, manage scope, schedule and budget, and travel to sites or suppliers as needed.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.
