Lead development and execution of sales and relationship strategies with targeted IDNs and health systems. Negotiate shared value agreements, align IDN strategies with GPO contracts, expand market penetration, train regional sales teams, represent Merit at industry meetings, and identify strategic growth opportunities.

Support Strategic Accounts by developing and maintaining Health System/IDN/GPO bids, renewals, and proposals. Serve as liaison to customers, assist with contract administration, compliance, pricing analysis, financial impact reports, query/report development, trend analysis, and process improvements. Compose technical correspondence and act for manager as needed.

Manage post market surveillance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product safety and quality.
