Leads on-site delivery of physical data center network infrastructure, including structured cabling, fiber, copper, racks, pathways, testing, labeling, and equipment installation. Manages contractors, work packages, materials, sequencing, quality, safety, schedule, and recovery actions. Coordinates power, cooling, access, provisioning, validation, and formal handover with engineering and construction teams. Maintains as-builts, port maps, test evidence, risk reports, and accountable contractor handoffs.

Builds workforce development partnerships for data center construction, commissioning, and operations. Develops technical training, curricula, apprenticeships, internships, and credential programs with colleges, unions, employers, and workforce boards. Manages program implementation, timelines, funding support, partner relationships, and administrative operations while tracking participation, completion, credential attainment, placement, and retention outcomes.
