Lead visual concepting and art direction for OpenAI marketing campaigns, product launches, brand moments, and multi-channel communications. Develop visual narratives across digital, social, film, print, and experiential formats; direct photography, illustration, and video; translate complex AI concepts into accessible visual stories; collaborate with writers, designers, marketers, product teams, and external partners; and maintain and evolve OpenAI’s visual brand system.

Leads creative direction for global growth initiatives across B2B and B2C audiences, including paid media, social, lifecycle, launches, and emerging channels. Translates business goals, audience insights, and performance data into scalable creative concepts. Directs agencies and collaborates with marketing, brand, product, production, design, writing, motion, and strategy teams to deliver culturally relevant, high-quality work while improving creative processes and experimentation.

Leads economic development strategy for infrastructure sites, including incentive negotiations, stakeholder relationships, community-benefit commitments, and approval-risk assessment. Coordinates with site selection, land, power, legal, finance, and community engagement teams. Supports agreement-linked commitments and transitions local relationships to community engagement leaders as projects advance.

Leads end-to-end technical delivery of AI deployments for semiconductor customers, from workflow discovery and prototyping through production rollout and adoption. Owns roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, sequencing, customer integration, change management, ROI measurement, and execution across engineering, research, product, and customer teams. Develops reusable solution patterns and communicates field insights to influence product and research priorities. The role is remote in Austin with 25–50% travel.

Own strategic relationships with major media and content companies, leading multiyear enterprise sales cycles from account planning through deployment and expansion. Build executive alignment, identify AI opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, achieve revenue and consumption targets, and drive adoption across brands and business units. Partner with Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams while addressing security, privacy, data governance, content rights, and responsible AI requirements.

Serve as OpenAI's primary liaison to Ohio communities, building trust-based relationships, designing and executing engagement strategies, representing the company publicly, coordinating with economic and environmental leads, monitoring sentiment, and creating a scalable community engagement playbook.

Lead new business and expand advertising revenue within Media & Entertainment clients. Own full sales cycle, hit revenue targets, build executive relationships, negotiate complex agreements, create data-driven business cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver advertiser ROI and shape ad product strategy.
