The New Business Lead will drive new customer acquisition for Element Fleet Essentials, focusing on small to mid-sized commercial fleets through prospecting, pipeline management, and client relationship development.

Responsible for driving business growth and revenue by acquiring new clients and managing relationships within assigned territories for Element Fleet Essentials.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing clients through proactive renewals, pricing optimization, and share-of-wallet opportunities. Build strong client relationships, uncover needs, propose solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain Salesforce records, and support revenue and retention goals. Travel may be required.
