Advise on MSIM's registered equity and fixed income funds, assist in structuring products, review documents, negotiate agreements, and monitor regulatory developments.

Support Institutional Portfolio Managers on Mortgage & Securitized strategies by monitoring markets, drafting client materials and commentary, preparing meeting/RFP content, performing competitor analysis, managing performance and attribution data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting consultant/client requests and account onboarding/reporting.

Ensure timely, accurate settlement of domestic and international trades by managing post-trade processes, resolving exceptions, coordinating with brokers, custodians and vendors, maintaining records and audits, improving operational processes, and supporting technology initiatives. Work cross-functionally in a high-volume environment to mitigate settlement risk and meet strict deadlines during an approximate 10:30AM–7:30PM EST shift.

Provide day-to-day middle office trade support for equities and FX, partnering with PMs/Traders and ops teams to ensure accurate trade capture, confirmations, settlement, reconciliations, and timely issue resolution. Drive control frameworks, root-cause analysis, automation/AI improvements, KPI reporting, and change initiatives while managing risk and stakeholder escalation.

Prepare and review quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc client reports and analyses for institutional and wealth management clients. Design custom reports using FactSet, Excel, and Word, investigate portfolio inquiries, ensure timely delivery, and support tactical reporting for new products while maintaining high accuracy and client service.

Support Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors by delivering exceptional client service, preparing for meetings, executing client service tasks (transactions, digital tool enrollment), assisting with digital marketing and business development, preparing client reports and financial plans from firm systems, and coordinating team operations and follow-ups. Act as a senior service-team member, train/assign daily work, and stay current on policies and platforms.
