Leads business architecture activities for moderate to complex technology and transformation initiatives. Defines business capabilities, analyzes current and future states, gathers requirements, maps processes and value streams, develops solution artifacts, and aligns IT architecture with business objectives. Acts as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, manages scope, supports estimation and solutioning, identifies process improvements, and builds consensus across teams. The role requires insurance domain knowledge and experience with business architecture, consulting, or similar work.
