The Director of Digital Platforms leads strategy and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms including Salesforce, OMS, and AI capabilities, aimed at enhancing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Lead R&D innovation to develop and validate robotic concepts through rapid prototyping, system design, hardware/software integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive technical alignment, document designs for NPI, and research cutting-edge algorithms and solutions to de-risk and advance next-generation consumer robots.

Produce and edit short- and long-form video and motion content for social and web, capture product photography, create digital graphics, manage projects from pre-production through final exports, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure brand-aligned, market-ready assets.

Maintain and modernize CI/CD pipelines and build systems for embedded Linux, mobile apps, and cloud services. Support Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, automate deployments, implement testing and security tooling, troubleshoot build and release issues, and document systems while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve developer productivity and release quality.

Manage alpha and beta user testing programs: recruit and onboard testers, maintain schedules, triage and document feedback, create Jira tickets, integrate feedback across tools, analyze and present findings, and ensure tester engagement to inform product development decisions.
