As Counsel, Commercial Contracts, you will draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, manage procurement processes, conduct research, and handle special projects. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Juris Doctorate degree.

Manage daily client deliverables for capital management firms, reconcile data with trustees, analyze monthly compliance test results, monitor cash and reserve accounts, respond to client inquiries on collateral and transactions, and collaborate with compliance programmers and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure regulatory adherence.
