Lead evaluation and optimization of warehouse processes in SAP EWM. Design and implement workflows for receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts, and transfers. Deliver training, troubleshoot system issues, track KPIs, collaborate with IT and operations, and drive continuous improvement across distribution and logistics.

Own and grow assigned national strategic accounts through multi-year account plans, executive relationship building, cross-functional coordination, consultative selling, pipeline and forecast discipline, QBRs, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. Heavy travel and national coverage required.
