Develop and revise insurance policy forms and endorsements, ensure regulatory compliance, research competitor forms, support filings and implementations, lead form-related projects, train and mentor team members, and provide underwriting and regulatory support.

Manage a team of commercial production underwriters for Cyber/E&O, execute strategic plans, meet regional goals and metrics, support sales/marketing, recruit and develop underwriting talent, improve workflows and ensure compliance with underwriting policies.
