Serves as the lead legal advisor on cybersecurity for financial services operations. Advises on cyber incidents, materiality assessments, regulatory notifications, breach and privacy laws, crisis management, cyber governance, third-party security, and regulatory examinations. Drafts cybersecurity policies and incident response playbooks, supports tabletop exercises and remediation, evaluates security controls, and partners with information security, technology, compliance, risk, and executive teams.

Leads People-related activities throughout acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, workforce transitions, talent retention, organizational design, compensation and benefits alignment, communications, culture, and change management. Coordinates HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders, manages risks and compliance, tracks deliverables, reports to executives, and drives successful employee integration from deal evaluation through post-close execution.

Lead advisor adoption and execution of insurance solutions across the East Coast by delivering training, developing playbooks, coordinating with BGA and carrier partners, supporting the sales lifecycle, and driving cross-functional alignment to increase advisor utilization and conversion.

Support advisors by designing, analyzing, and presenting comprehensive financial plans. Build advisor relationships, follow paraplanning standards, collaborate across teams, identify referral opportunities, and maintain knowledge of wealth planning offerings to drive client satisfaction and retention.
