Lead process development to take new thermal management products from lab to mass production. Design experiments, characterize materials, troubleshoot and optimize prototype and production equipment, build test rigs, perform FMEA and risk assessments, analyze data to improve quality and throughput, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Lead development and architecture of proprietary slicer and controls software for advanced manufacturing. Drive agile delivery, enforce SDLC best practices, collaborate with production, process, and thermal teams, and recruit/mentor a high-performing software team to scale digital-to-physical production.

Lead design, development, and commissioning of scalable assembly and automated test systems for coldplates and thermal-loop products.
