The Director will lead Middle Office transformation within Investor Services, managing product strategy, execution, and innovation while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Lead the end-to-end data agenda for Fund Accounting and ETF businesses: own data governance, modelling, product design and delivery; partner with product, technology, operations and enterprise data; enable AI readiness and data standardization; engage clients and stakeholders; ensure regulatory and governance compliance.
