Leads requirements discovery and business-side integration projects for complex customer implementations. Develops business, functional, and nonfunctional specifications; supports system design, configuration, testing, UAT, training, estimation, and customer documentation. Advises clients and project teams, contributes to pre-sales and RFPs, mentors analysts, reinforces business analysis methodologies, and serves as a subject matter expert across multiple areas.

The Senior Business Analyst gathers and documents commercial insurance requirements, translates business needs for technical teams, and supports software delivery. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, analyzing processes, defining acceptance criteria, supporting testing and user acceptance testing, coordinating defect resolution, maintaining traceability, reporting project risks and quality metrics, and participating in system design and configuration. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, stakeholder communication, analytical skills, and occasional travel.

Manage multiple software and services implementation projects for insurance customers, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, quality, reporting, and customer communications. Lead project meetings, status reporting, staffing negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and project documentation. Mentor peers on project management methodologies and manage complex integrations or conversions involving cross-organization and vendor teams.

Configure and support Insurity Submission Gateway implementations using Insurity Studio. Translate business requirements and design documentation into low-code solutions, enhancements, feature tests, bug fixes, and workflow configurations. Identify and escalate project risks, assist with estimates, collaborate with project management, product management, and R&D, and deliver configuration projects for insurance customers. The role requires insurance or software industry experience, analytical and communication skills, and up to 5% travel.

Manage and grow relationships with medium to large commercial insurance carriers using Insurity’s Decisions Suite. Serve as the primary customer contact, lead business reviews and onboarding, monitor satisfaction and churn risk, resolve escalations, drive product adoption, and identify retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional enhancements, prepare customer presentations and statements of work, ensure contract and billing accuracy, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement.
