Supports the Poland Patriot program through cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasting, budget changes, latest revised estimates, estimates at completion, and government financial reporting. Maintains earned value management processes, prepares performance and staffing reports, performs variance analysis, and ensures EVMS compliance. Collaborates with program management, operations, engineering, supply chain, and international partners while using financial and program management tools to support execution and reporting.

Develops complex federal contract proposals, pricing strategies, cost models, price buildups, and Basis of Estimates. Analyzes labor, material, and direct costs; ensures FAR compliance; prepares gate-review materials; supports audits and negotiations; creates proposal analysis tools; and trains estimators. The role coordinates with cross-functional teams and leadership, evaluates estimating tools, and independently manages proposal efforts in a schedule-driven environment.

Leads financial analysts and manages program cost controls, earned value performance, Estimate at Completion forecasts, monthly and annual planning, and financial reporting. Partners with program leadership to ensure policy compliance, supports business reviews and strategy activities, and contributes to proposals, negotiations, and program startup. The role requires managing competing priorities, analyzing financial data, and mentoring team members.

Leads financial planning, cost analysis, forecasting, earned value management, variance analysis, risk and opportunity valuation, and proposal estimating for the PATRIOT program. Maintains budget and estimate-at-completion tracking, supports operating plans and performance reviews, ensures alignment across finance and operational stakeholders, and manages and develops a team of analysts.

Manage contracts for the Patriot program’s Foreign Military Sales portfolio, including proposals, negotiations, contract execution, administration, customer communications, change management, invoicing, risk mitigation, and compliance. Advise program leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks while coordinating with legal counsel and cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in U.S. government contracting, FAR/DFARS, FMS transactions, terms and conditions, cost defense, fee negotiations, and contract performance. Occasional customer travel is required.

Oversee supply chain and program financials for Naval Power, including quarterly EACs, forecasts, variance analysis, cost accumulation, funding and schedule planning, cost estimates, control account management, and financial reporting. Support GSCM leaders, Material Program Managers, factories, and program teams while driving cost reductions, improving reporting processes, and ensuring financial commitments are achieved.
