Develops business cases, aligns priorities, presents solutions to senior leadership, and oversees capital planning. The role is onsite in Andover, Massachusetts, with 5–20% travel.

Leads financial planning and analysis for the CIWS portfolio, including AOP, LRP, forecasts, EACs, program controls, investments, overhead oversight, proposals, and ad hoc analysis. Partners with program, contracts, supply chain, and leadership teams, presents financial data to senior stakeholders, and manages a team of five finance professionals across development, production, and sustainment programs.

Coordinates network service delivery across multiple Raytheon sites, serving as the operational liaison among business units, technology teams, managed service providers, vendors, and facilities. Manages demand intake, requirements gathering, site readiness, incident escalation, lifecycle programs, vendor coordination, risk identification, governance, KPI reporting, and stakeholder communications for LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular/DAS, and related infrastructure services.

Develop cost rationales, reasonableness tests, audit responses, negotiation strategies, and compliant pricing proposals for defense and aerospace programs. Support capture leads with proposals, gate packages, negotiations, and new business initiatives. Manage FAR and internal estimating compliance, conduct management reviews, respond to DCMA and DCAA data requests, and communicate priorities and requirements to leadership and proposal teams.

Maintains, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots classified voice and data network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption devices, and network management platforms. Designs network solutions, creates technical documentation, coordinates vendor support, resolves tactical networking issues, and assists with planning, upgrades, mentoring, and training. The position is fully onsite in Woburn, Massachusetts, with occasional domestic travel and after-hours support as needed.

Administer heterogeneous Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, replication, server architecture, and hardware/OS integration.
