Supports financial performance and cost control for aerospace and defense programs. Maintains financial data, Earned Value Management, program logs, forecasts, Estimates-at-Completion, and Latest Revised Estimates. Serves as a finance business partner for operations organizations, managing budget analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, cost-element analysis, annual operating plans, headcount planning, and CER pool compliance. The role analyzes financial data, identifies risks and opportunities, ensures budget systems reflect approved values, reviews labor and pool charges, and prepares required journal vouchers and inter-organizational transfers. It requires collaboration with Operations and Finance stakeholders and knowledge of SAP, financial systems, and government cost regulations.

Leads cybersecurity operations for classified information systems, overseeing RMF authorization, continuous monitoring, inspections, audits, risk management, change control, and POA&M closure. Supervises and develops cybersecurity personnel, validates authorization artifacts, communicates security posture to leadership and Authorizing Officials, and aligns cybersecurity requirements with program objectives. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, IAM Level III certification, ISSM experience, and domestic travel of up to 20%.
