Lead engineering teams developing and polishing dynamic gameplay and narrative systems for a AAA game. Own major subsystems, drive systems to shipping quality, create technical roadmaps, manage schedules and outsourcing partners, oversee console porting and optimization, and mentor programmers. Collaborate across studio disciplines while contributing to architecture, coding, testing, debugging, performance improvement, documentation, and development lifecycle practices.

Own and prototype core gameplay systems, including player mechanics, world simulation, and AI. Lead interdisciplinary teams through feature implementation, balancing, tuning, and polish. Create design documentation, integrate systems into level gameplay, and maintain overall game balance. Collaborate with design, QA, and playtesting teams while solving technical and production challenges throughout the full game development cycle.
