Lead multi-jurisdictional Occupational Health & Safety activities including ADA intake and accommodations, vendor sourcing and management, OHS training and audits, integration with workers' compensation/FMLA/RTW processes, policy development with People and Legal, and providing guidance to employees and junior team members to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe employee experience.

Serve as the payroll compliance subject-matter expert for assigned jurisdictions. Interpret payroll, tax, social security, labour, and employment legislation; translate requirements into product and operational solutions; advise stakeholders; conduct compliance assessments and audits; build scalable compliance frameworks, rules libraries, and automation; and train and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure compliant payroll products at scale.

Act as a global payroll subject-matter expert supporting sales to drive adoption of Remote's Global Payroll. Shape go-to-market strategy, deliver tailored demos and proposals, translate client needs into implementation scopes, create sales collateral and playbooks, educate internal teams, and provide product feedback to align solutions with market needs.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for PEO clients: build implementation plans for payroll, benefits, tax registrations and HR compliance; manage timelines, parallel payroll reconciliations, platform adoption, cross-functional handoffs, and continuous improvements to implementation tooling and documentation.

Provide strategic employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions; lead complex advisory and contentious employee matters; implement scalable legal solutions; drive cross-functional initiatives; build team knowledge resources and governance; manage external local counsel and oversee complex employment projects.
