Leads multiple client operations teams through subordinate managers, overseeing strategy execution, resource allocation, budgets, schedules, quality, staffing, and team development. Establishes procedures and policies, integrates work across teams, and ensures achievement of organizational objectives. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 10–15 years of total experience. Management experience and securities or financial services experience are preferred.
