The Performance Analytics Marketing Manager leads the production lifecycle for fund board materials, ensuring quality, compliance, and data integrity while coordinating complex workflows across teams.

Partner with investment teams to source, validate, model, and report investment data. Build and maintain quantitative models, dashboards, and automated reporting; support performance attribution, risk metrics, backtesting and scenario analysis. Improve processes via automation, cloud and emerging analytics (AI/ML), and collaborate with IT and global stakeholders to ensure data quality and delivery for investment oversight and multi-manager solutions.

Create agentic workflows, RAG, tool-calling integrations, and reusable skills. Partner with Portfolio Managers and Research teams to convert research use-cases into production agent solutions, integrate AI into CI/CD and enterprise platforms, and enforce governance, security, and Responsible AI practices while measuring business impact.

Lead product governance for investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, variable and closed-end funds). Serve as PAC secretary, coordinate product changes and launches, manage processes and documentation, prepare for oversight committees and boards, handle portfolio manager and regulatory-related actions, and support Product Master expansion.

Lead a workforce analytics team to develop human capital insights, strategy, predictive models, and self-service tools. Partner with HR and business leaders to prioritize use cases, ensure data governance and quality, synthesize large datasets into executive summaries, and drive adoption of data-driven decision making across the employee lifecycle.
