As an Internal Advisor Consultant, you will build and maintain client relationships, assist in investment selection, and collaborate with senior salespersons to meet business objectives.

The Senior Data Scientist will develop analytical solutions using advanced statistical methods, manage datasets, support campaign executions, and communicate insights to business leaders, ensuring adherence to data governance standards.

Lead product marketing for the ETF lineup: create messaging and collateral, manage lifecycle content, run complex marketing programs, measure results, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, investments, compliance) to drive awareness and growth for financial advisor distribution.

Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to equity portfolio managers: monitor portfolio cash and holdings, enter equity trade orders, produce regular reporting, ensure client guideline and regulatory compliance, liaise with Compliance/Operations/Technology, troubleshoot systems, support platform implementations, and handle travel/expense/scheduling tasks.

Lead a workforce analytics team to develop human capital insights, strategy, predictive models, and self-service tools. Partner with HR and business leaders to prioritize use cases, ensure data governance and quality, synthesize large datasets into executive summaries, and drive adoption of data-driven decision making across the employee lifecycle.

Lead development and enhancement of investment products for Intermediary clients (ETFs, model portfolios, SMAs). Conduct market research, fee/profitability analysis, manage approval and product lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional implementation with legal, compliance, operations, trading, and portfolio teams.

Provide high-level administrative support: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare expense reports and presentations, support department operations and special initiatives, mentor administrative staff, and serve as a trusted, discreet partner to leadership.

Lead onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of institutional client accounts. Coordinate across business and operations teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Provide subject-matter expertise, identify and implement process improvements, perform reporting, lead projects, and coach/train staff to deliver a high-quality client experience.
