Supports the U.S. Small-Cap Value investment team by researching small- and micro-cap companies, building financial models and price targets, engaging management, tracking operating metrics, and delivering actionable stock-selection and portfolio-construction recommendations. The role requires independent, differentiated fundamental research, clear communication with portfolio managers and traders, and occasional external presentation of investment ideas.

Support data quality, model governance, backtesting, scenario analysis, factor research, process improvement, and evaluation of AI and machine learning capabilities.

Lead financial reporting, shareholder reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings for diverse investment products. Oversee audits, controls, service providers, accounting policies, and compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements. Partner cross-functionally on new products, regulatory changes, and reporting solutions. Drive automation, process improvements, risk management, audit readiness, and operational excellence while coaching and developing staff.

Manage and execute U.S. public relations for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, including media pitching and interviews, distributing market commentary and thought leadership, preparing press materials, maintaining media lists, coordinating with retained agencies, and performing media tracking, analysis and reporting. Support product launches, manager changes, industry recognition, polls and surveys while working cross-functionally and meeting tight deadlines.

Support National Account Managers by managing home office relationships, executing platform distribution initiatives, preparing client materials, analyzing sales and platform data, coordinating meetings and roadshows, and driving cross-functional collaboration to expand product access and support growth across mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, model portfolios, and alternatives.

Support National Account Managers by analyzing sales, asset flows, and platform activity; prepare reports, dashboards, and client-ready materials; coordinate due diligence, meetings, and stakeholder communications; maintain CRM and platform data quality while partnering cross-functionally to drive distribution initiatives.

Plan and execute IT audit and SOX/MAR/FDICIA compliance work, evaluate controls and risks, identify deficiencies, recommend remediation, and monitor management action plans.
