Handles customer and retailer communications throughout furniture protection-plan claims, including claim creation, documentation review, coverage decisions, technician authorization, parts ordering, settlements, complaints, and follow-up. Monitors open claims, processes technician updates, supports retailer portal guidance, and facilitates service solutions. Requires strong communication, computer proficiency, customer service skills, adaptability, accuracy, and teamwork. The role is remote after an initial 90-day in-office period, with possible onsite training or meetings.
