Build and lead a client engagement program to generate references, referrals, and client feedback; recruit and manage referenceable clients; activate stories via events, webinars, and campaigns; track KPIs; enable sales references; and ensure compliance by partnering with legal, product, and cross-functional teams.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems (PACS, RIS, VNA), ensure interoperability (DICOM, HL7, IHE), collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders, document resolutions, and participate in on-call rotation to minimize downtime and support clinical workflows.
