Develop and productize SONiC-based NOS and platform software for Nokia switching products (Broadcom/Marvell) for data center and AI fabrics. Implement and debug networking features, protocols, and management interfaces; collaborate with test, product, and customers to ensure quality and requirements are met.

Research, architect, design, develop, integrate, verify, and test software for high-speed optical networking products. Own a key system component, implement features, solve customer requirements, and collaborate across R&D teams. The role emphasizes C++ development on Linux, object-oriented software, system components, and operational automation, with desirable experience in device drivers, BSP software, and optical networking protocols.

Interface with ASIC design teams, foundries, and OSAT vendors to transition products into production. Analyze yield and statistical test data, investigate failures and manufacturing incidents, improve production efficiency, and resolve process or design issues. Support design-for-manufacturing reviews, wafer utilization, supply-chain quality, and on-time delivery. Maintain manufacturing specifications, process documentation, and best-known methods.

Owns and improves semiconductor assembly processes, especially wirebond and eutectic die attach, to increase yield, efficiency, reliability, and equipment performance. Leads process development, tool selection, installation, qualification, and new product introduction. Conducts statistical experiments and failure analysis, creates operating procedures, trains personnel, and collaborates with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams in a cleanroom and 24/7 factory environment.
