Build software models for device, spatial, and occupancy data; prototype and productionize new concepts; evaluate architectures; and provide technical leadership through design reviews, coding standards, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role spans edge computing, IoT, distributed systems, embedded environments, intelligent agents, networking, and secure systems within an exploratory R&D organization.

Manages strategic OEM customer relationships, sales and growth strategies, account forecasts, business reviews, promotional activity, and executive stakeholder engagement. Identifies opportunities, expands market share, analyzes business and industry data, and coordinates product customization programs with internal and external teams. Requires substantial HVAC and sales/account management experience, strong financial analysis and influencing skills, and domestic travel up to 50%.
