Lead visionary research on enterprise CX transformation: plan content, conduct primary research, publish multi-format thought leadership, advise and present to C-suite clients, develop and productize coverage, and deliver workshops and keynotes. Role requires travel and client engagement to drive adoption of CX programs.

Conduct market research and deliver actionable advisory on managed detection and response, managed security services, cybersecurity and zero trust. Produce written reports, presentations, tools, and briefings; consult clients globally; present at events; build industry presence and advise vendors on strategy and messaging.

Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise CX and digital leaders, build and maintain executive relationships, drive client value and retention, support account growth and sales, collaborate with research and consulting teams, and contribute to research ideation and content planning to help clients operationalize customer-centric strategies.

Lead research and advisory work on data foundations for analytics and ML: produce 8–12 research assets annually, drive vendor evaluations (Forrester Wave), consult clients on data/AI strategy, present at events, support business development, and foster cross-team collaboration. Focus areas include data quality, governance, context-ready data, large-scale data management, and measuring business outcomes from analytics and ML.

Partner with analysts, account teams, and clients to define, scope, and manage advisory engagements from discovery through delivery. Drive revenue goals, ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, capture client insights and growth opportunities, and apply standardized processes and tools to improve consistency and client value.

Conduct research and deliver strategic advice on risk management and cyber risk quantification. Develop and maintain risk artifacts (standards, procedures, appetite, registry), produce 6–8 research projects yearly, consult with clients, collaborate across Forrester teams, advise vendors, publish insights, and present externally. Support C-suite and risk leaders and travel up to 20%.

Analyze pricing and business metrics, produce reports and dashboards, support deal-level pricing analysis, maintain CPQ product/pricing master data, manage release cycles, and run UAT for pricing changes in Salesforce to optimize pricing and support sales/product leaders.
