Own and execute regional demand generation programs for State, Local & Education (SLED). Build account-based and field marketing campaigns, manage events and partner activations, align programs to sales pipeline, set and track metrics, manage budgets and timelines, and travel to events (~25%).

Lead product strategy and execution for logs within Elastic Observability. Evolve logs analytics and end-to-end log collection/ingest/management, integrate GenAI/agentic workflows, enable automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing, drive go-to-market and feature adoption, and use user feedback and engagement metrics to prioritize product evolution.

Lead design and execution of 1:1 ABM strategies for priority AMER accounts: plan with sales, personalize messaging for technical and executive buyers, run multi-channel campaigns (paid, events, landing pages), measure pipeline influence, optimize programs, and coordinate regional event logistics and cross-functional partners while owning budgets and ABM playbooks.
